A Turf Maintenance Tool for Lawn Care Professionals
Remove thatch while you mow with the heavy-duty Tine Rake dethatcher. Tine Rake is used most often for spring clean-up. It removes large amounts of thatch and makes room for new grass growth, leaving the turfgrass with a clean combed and striped appearance. When seeding, use Tine Rake to scarify the ground and rake the seed into the soil.
After a hot summer, use Tine Rake Dethatcher to surface aerate the soil. This promotes root development and makes room for thicker turfgrass. Use the dethatcher during seeding operations to rake in seed and accelerate germination. Finally, use Tine Rake Dethatcher for the last mowing of the fall leaving a picture-perfect, clean lawn.
Whether you mulch or bag, the Tine Rake Dethatcher can be used throughout the growing season as a tool to control thatch accumulation and reduce the chance of turf disease.
The Tine Rake's patented spring steel tines are flexible to allow dethatching without damaging healthy turfgrass, especially when turning the mower. The steel tines are double looped and are connected with a stabilizer tube to provide a unified raking motion. The tine depth is adjustable.
Flexible tines allow zero turning without lifting the rake.
The Tine Rake front-mount dethatcher stores vertically when trailered or disconnects from the mower with three clevis pins.
