The reflective frame adds visibility in poor winter weather conditions and its stainless steel carving blade slices through dense materials like ice melt and rock salt with ease. A bridge-free hopper design virtually eliminates clogging and allows material to flow to empty without shaking or bouncing the spreader. The handle is adjustable (5'3" to 6'6") and its ergonomic design matches the operator to help reduce fatigue.
The fully-enclosed gearbox, with greaseable zerk fittings provides a uniform spread pattern, and large 13" x 5" pneumatic tires roll easily and maintains constant ground contact, driving the spinner consistently via the fully enclosed gearbox. Solid-steel linkage controls the hopper - no more cables to snap!
