EGO Power+ BSP3500
The EGO Power+ BSP3500 is a 4-gallon cordless backpack sprayer designed to make residential and light commercial spraying tasks faster, easier, and more efficient, delivering up to 350 PSI of consistent pressure through its high-efficiency brushless motor without the need for manual pumping. Its 4-gallon translucent tank allows users to easily monitor chemical levels, while the adjustable pressure dial and multiple nozzle options—including cone, fan, foaming, and shower—provide versatility for a range of applications, from spot treatments to full-yard coverage. The sprayer is ergonomically designed with premium back padding and waist support straps, ensuring comfort during extended use, and its IPX4-rated weather-resistant construction protects it from light rain and moisture. Compatible with all EGO Power+ ARC Lithium™ batteries, the BSP3500 provides cordless convenience, enabling users to move freely without being tethered to a power cord. For optimal performance, it is important to maintain consistent pressure, select the appropriate nozzle for each task, and regularly clean the tank, wand, and nozzles to prevent clogs or buildup. Troubleshooting is straightforward: if the sprayer fails to start, it is usually due to the battery not being fully seated or needing a charge; if spray output is low or uneven, checking for nozzle obstructions or improper installation typically resolves the issue, and allowing the sprayer to cool can prevent shutdowns caused by overheating. With these practices, the BSP3500 offers reliable, efficient, and precise spraying for medium to large yards, helping homeowners and professionals apply chemicals safely and effectively while minimizing effort and maximizing coverage.

Troubleshooting Tips
- Sprayer Not Starting: Ensure the battery pack is fully inserted into the battery compartment. If the battery is not fully inserted, the sprayer will not operate.
- No Spray Output: Check for clogs in the nozzle or wand. Clean any debris that may be obstructing the flow. Also, verify that the nozzle is correctly installed and tightened.
- Battery Issues: If the sprayer stops working unexpectedly, ensure the battery is charged and properly connected. Overheating can also cause the sprayer to shut down; allow it to cool before attempting to use it again.
Efficiency Tips
- Proper Nozzle Selection: Choose the appropriate nozzle for your application to ensure efficient use of chemicals and optimal coverage.
- Consistent Pressure: Maintain a steady pressure setting to achieve uniform spray patterns and avoid over-application or under-application of chemicals.
- Regular Maintenance: After each use, clean the nozzle, wand, and tank to prevent clogs and buildup. Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of the sprayer.
