SHORTAGES/DAMAGES Orders are double checked for accuracy. Should you encounter a shortage, please notify us immediately. Damaged cartons must be claimed with freight carriers UPS, FedEX or Motor Freight. (This is your responsibility.)
WARRANTY To obtain warranty service, you must take the power equipment product and proof of purchase, at your expense, to any Power Equipment Dealer who is authorized to sell that product, during the dealer’s normal business hours. If you are unable to obtain warranty service or are dissatisfied with the warranty service you receive, call Power Equipment Warehouse at 1-800-769-3741.EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to products affected or damaged by accident and/or collision, normal wear, use in an application for which the product was not designed or any other misuse, neglect, incorporation or use of unsuitable attachments or parts, unauthorized alteration, or improper installation.DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE AND LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARANTIES: Power Equipment Warehouse disclaims any responsibility for loss of time or use of the product or the item in which the product is installed, transportation, commercial loss or any other incidental or consequential damage. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty.
