    Power Equipment Warehouse is located in North East Ohio
     
    Hours of Operation:
    Power Equipment Warehouse call in hours 9am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.  If we are not available please leave a message or send and e-mail and we will respond the next business day.

    Do-Cut store hours are Monday thru Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
     
    Offline Processing:
    Offline processing means that your credit card does not get charged until your order is processed in our office.
     
    Shipping and Freight:
    Shipping on small packages quoted on our site is fairly accurate.  However, many times items can be sent via the U.S. Mail.  We carefully review each order and ship it the most economical and quickest way for our customers.  USPS Flat Rate domestic packages can weigh up to 70 pounds, and USPS International Flat Rate packages can weigh between 4 and 20 pounds.  Due to the item size, any order with lawn mower blades cannot ship via USPS Flat Rate.
     
    International shipments over 20 pounds will be calculated at time of order.  LTL (less than truckload) freight is also calculated at time of order.  Power Equipment Warehouse works with freight brokers around the country and has negotiated truck freight discounts up to 70%.  Call us at 1-800-769-3741 during normal business hours and we will gladly provide you a freight quote.
     
    Dimensional weight is used wherever possible.  Shipping on orders with multiple boxes, such as trimmer racks, or large orders will be assessed additional shipping once the number of boxes has been determined.  Standard out of box and oversize charges will apply to any shipment that meets these criteria.  We do whatever we can to ship your order the most economical way.

    Power Equipment Warehouse can ship anywhere in the WORLD! We welcome all International sales with payment being made via wire transfer only on transactions greater than $500 USD.

    Returns:
    Power Equipment Warehouse will review each request for return.  Please note you must call us at 1-800-769-3741 before sending any item back.  Returns will not be honored without a return authorization.  Power Equipment, electrical parts, or any used or installed items are not returnable.
    No returns after 30 days.  Credit will be issued upon inspection of item returned, re-stocking fees may apply, and shipping is non-refundable.
     
    Sales Tax:
    Only customers within the State of Ohio will be charged sales tax.  All government entities, churches, schools, etc. are tax exempt.
     
    Order Problems:
    Orders are double checked for accuracy. Should you encounter a shortage, please notify us immediately at 1-800-769-3741.  Damaged cartons must be claimed with freight carriers, USPS, UPS, FedEx or Motor Freight. (This is your responsibility.)
     
    Warranty on Parts:
    Power Equipment Warehouse warrants its parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Power Equipment Warehouse’s liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts or refund at its discretion. This warranty shall not apply to any part which Power Equipment Warehouse in its sole judgment determines has been subject to misuse or improper installation. Power Equipment Warehouse shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable care of our products.
     
    Warranty on Equipment:
    To obtain warranty service, you must take the power equipment product and proof of purchase, at your expense, to any Power Equipment Dealer who is authorized to sell that product, during the dealer’s normal business hours. If you are unable to obtain warranty service or are dissatisfied with the warranty service you receive, call Power Equipment Warehouse at 1-800-769-3741.
     
    This warranty does not extend to products affected or damaged by accident and/or collision, normal wear, use in an application for which the product was not designed or any other misuse, neglect, incorporation or use of unsuitable attachments or parts, unauthorized alteration, or improper installation.
     
    OEM and Aftermarket:
    OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are manufactured by the brand name manufacturer of the piece of equipment you have, for example, Toro, Honda, Little Wonder, etc.  Aftermarket parts are manufactured by a company such as Oregon who make parts to fit different brands of equipment.  Gator blades are aftermarket blades that fit many brands of mowing equipment.  The referenced OEM names are registered trademarks of those companies.

    Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to fill your order completely. Quantities may be limited in certain cases. We reserve the right to correct display and layout errors. Photographs may vary. Current website prices supersede all previous listed prices.
     
    Parts not listed on our site:
    Power Equipment Warehouse has access to most common brands of power equipment and parts.  If you don’t see it on our site, please call us at 1-800-769-3741 and one of our associates will gladly research your request.  Please remember the more information you have for our operators the better, such as brand, model number, serial number, part number, etc.
     
    Do you ship outside the United States?
    Yes, Power Equipment Warehouse has shipped orders throughout the continental United States, South America, Canada, Europe and Australia.  Please note, duties and tariffs must be paid in the receiving country.  These rates will be quoted upon request.  Please e-mail us your complete shipping address to sales@powerequipmentwarehouse.com.  Please note, payment methods may vary on large dollar international shipments.  Western Union is our preferred method for large International orders.
     
    Can I pick up my order at Power Equipment Warehouse?
    Certain circumstances can be arranged for pick up.  These are special situations and must be scheduled.  If you would like to pick an order up, please call us at 1-800-769-3741.
     
    Can I pay by any other method than credit card?
    Yes, orders can be placed over the telephone and a check or money order can be mailed in.  Checks must clear before orders will be released; the time frame on an order paid by check is approximately two weeks.  Orders paid with a money order will be released immediately.  Any questions call us at 1-800-769-3741.
     

    Force Majeure
    Power Equipment Warehouse shall be excused from failure to perform its contract in the event of terrorist act, fire, strike, labor dispute, war, embargo, transportation delay, materials shortage, failure of carrier, contractor or supplier to perform, act of God, requirement or request of any Federal or State Government or any subdivision thereof, or any cause beyond the control of Power Equipment Warehouse.
